You can request deletion of your NAJID account and associated personal data even if you can no longer access the app.
Which account do you wish to delete?
Pilgrim account
Even if an agency created your account, you can request deletion yourself.
Agency account
Only the agency owner or an authorized administrator may request deletion of an agency account. A guide cannot delete the agency account.

Identify the account
Include the email linked to the account, your role and, for agency accounts, the agency name. Never send a password.
Verification and processing
We may reasonably verify your identity or authority to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.

What happens to my data?
Following verification and processing, the account and associated personal data are deleted from active systems, except data that must lawfully be retained for legal, security or dispute-related reasons. Backups are removed according to their technical lifecycle. Backup retention follows the technical backup rotation cycle.
Uninstalling NAJID does not automatically delete your account. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
